Bro to Bro

Bro, I’m approaching 30, and there are some simple but beautiful things I’ve learned about health and daily habits. I’m still struggling with some things myself, but I’ve come to understand that we can make a conscious choice to take care of our health. Many people ground that choice in their beliefs. For me, the Bible feels like the best source of those principles.

One verse that frames this well is 1 Timothy 4:8: “For bodily exercise profiteth little, but godliness is profitable unto all things.” Exercise matters. Food matters. Sleep matters. What we take into our bodies matters, and even what we feed our minds matters. Over time, good beliefs can influence the way we live and the habits we develop.

So, bro, this is simply a reminder: take care of your body while you still have the chance to do so.
